THE EFFECTS OF HATE ON YOUR BODY, MIND, AND SOUL. DON’T CAUSE HARM TO YOURSELF.

Have you noticed what hate feels like in your body? Every emotion has an energetic component. The color of hate appears in two ways, based on what I’ve seen as someone involved in Energy Medicine. My abilities enable me to see what the naked eye cannot. Hate either has a yellow-green, sickly hue, much like sinus infection discharge, or a dark, grayish-black with a yellow-green tint, giving it an unclear, vague feeling. Perhaps you’ve noticed what color you choose to wear on any given day in relation to your mental and emotional state, or how you feel physically.

The frequency of hate weakens the immune system, damages the organs, muddies the mind, confuses the soul, and destroys inner peace. Whew, just writing that was uncomfortable. You might think you can walk away feeling strong and victorious when you choose to hate, but ultimately, that harms you. There is another perspective on hate: justifiable hate. The effects of justifiable hate, such as hating your rapist, are going to be just as devastating to your well-being as hating people because of their sex, skin color, politics, or any other reason someone creates.

The human brain doesn’t justify hate. The brain reacts to qualities like vibration, emotion, frequency, energy, or any other way you measure the results of your choices. Choose whichever feeling you want to hold onto for a day, month, year, or a lifetime. Make that feeling valid, convince yourself you are right, and that will still never change the quality of what you are holding onto. You can choose to release the pain of the past or hold onto it to your detriment.

By consciously connecting with your Source, Creator, or God—gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and embracing Christ Consciousness—you enable a process in which letting go and allowing natural laws to restore balance become possible. My reference to Christ Consciousness is not associated with religion. I’ve never heard Christ, Yeshua, mention religion in any of our talks, meditations, or in-person meetings. For context, I have had visits from many of the Ascended Masters since childhood. I will frame my life as blessed with enough miracles to overshadow the madness that life on Earth continually creates. It confounds me why people choose to hate instead of love.

I have faced significant challenges, including acts of violence and depravity, and therefore speak from personal experience. I have also known the loving and healing presence of God, Christ, Quan Yin, White Buffalo Calf Woman, Buddha, and Mother Cabrini. Several of the people who have caused me harm have visited me after they passed away. Sometimes I didn’t forgive right away when the abusers approached telepathically or physically, all wanting forgiveness. I sent some away. But over time, I realized that justified hate is still a hateful energy, and it was incredibly painful to hold onto. I didn’t want it anymore for any reason. If you desire to advance spiritually and feel better, let go. Cause and Effect will balance all.

I mentioned the afterlife because I have seen it, spoken with many who have transitioned there, and I know it to be a viable source of information. Now is a perfect segue to tell you that to hate your abuser after they have passed is wasted energy. They aren’t the same person. Everyone can self-correct, but not until after they have felt what they made you go through: the good, the horrible, or the unspeakable. No one walks away from this life and escapes accountability for what they did or did not contribute.

I wish you clarity and assurance as you journey through this life with the rest of us travelers, peace, and a greater awareness of life beyond this world, this reality.

If you have difficulty moving on, free of what was, please consult someone to help. I also have processes to speed up your recovery. I am an Advanced Psych-K Facilitator, Reiki Master, and most of all, Communicator for the Light who has blessed me with releasing techniques that have proven very successful. Suffering in silence is not necessary. Meditation is a powerful tool for healing, and if you haven’t been able to master that yet, try another method. Meditation is listening, and prayer is talking. Listen. Do whatever you need to create a space in which you can calm yourself, align with your higher self and the Divine, and listen. This is a very short summation of meditation, but when you are ready, you will learn.
