THE AFTERLIFE & SIGNS FROM THE DEPARTED- Excerpt from "The Immense Release" by Barbara Gail in kindle and paperback on Amazon.

"Contemplate that the Afterlife is a state of existence without a physical body. The Masters of Light move between dimensions and live among us. Most do not recognize them or their impact on this world. The logical mind considers the signs they give you as mere coincidences if not acknowledged. Metaphysicians see how the angels and divine messengers try to communicate to get our attention.

For example, a sign can be almost undetectable. I was upset one afternoon and thought of getting a salted cracker. I was not hungry, but it was such a strong urging I did so. It broke when I reached into the bag, and the crackers fell to the floor in pieces. I could not figure out how as I went to pick them up off the floor, mostly annoyed. The first one I reached for had broken into a perfect heart. In the same instance, my dad's voice excitedly told me he knew I would notice the heart. With a laugh, Dad professed his love for me. I could have easily missed that precious moment if I had not been accustomed to such signs. A keen awareness of the Light's subtleties is necessary to fully appreciate its brilliance and opportunity to provide guidance.

While visiting my mother, I experienced a sign. Silently, I begged my dad to help me bridge the gap between my mother and her dementia. Dad, I'm begging you to please help me help Mother! Suddenly, a cardinal dove, narrowly avoiding me. Dad sent the bird. I knew it because he had done it before. Yes, he would try. Always ask for help anytime, anywhere.

You do not have to do anything special to request answers throughout your day. However, I am attuned to the Light during meditation and all my activities by acknowledging its presence in my life. Talk with the Light! While meditating, have your pet in the room and observe them. Light Beings have a sensitive impact on animals. When the higher frequencies enter, pets stare at a corner of the room or sleep deeply. During my clients' sessions, my part wolf, part German Shepherd dog Koda, would lie beneath the massage table. He absorbed as much energy as possible because it felt so good. Today, my German Shepherd dog, Jacki, stays close by while I write, meditate, and even during phone consultations."
